We accept MasterCard and Visa. With approved credit, we offer
Net 30 Day terms.

PRICING
|

Prices shown in our price list are for standard items only.
Prices are not applicable to non-standard items of similar
specifications. To obtain prices for non-standard items, please
consult your distributor or customer service representative. Prices
are subject to change without advance notice. All orders will be
invoiced/charged at prices in effect at the time the order is
received by Wolfco, Inc.

MINIMUM CHARGE
|

All orders are subject to a $50.00 net minimum
charge.
|
DROP SHIPMENTS
|
|
Transportation charges will be prepaid and added to the
invoice.
|
CANCELLATIONS
|
|
Cancellations of orders for standard items will be accepted
without charge provided the goods have not been shipped. For
standard items already shipped, our return goods policy applies.
Cancellation of orders for non-standard items will be accepted
without charge provided the order has not reached manufacturing.
Orders that are in process will be subject to a 50% charge of the
net value upon cancellation. All requests for cancellation should be
directed to the point of order entry. Telephone requests should be
confirmed in writing.

RETURN GOODS
|
|
Standard items can be returned for credit at the invoice
value less 25% restocking if the following conditions are
met:
- A verbal returned goods authorization must be
obtained from customer service prior to material return.
Other than Wolfco, Inc. error, non-standard products are not
eligible for return.
- Items must have been standard product at the time of
purchase.
- Items cannot be more than six months old from invoice
date.
- Freight must be prepaid unless prior authorization is
obtained to ship collect.
- Material must be received by Wolfco, Inc. in good,
saleable condition.
- Non-standard items being returned as the result of
Wolfco, Inc. error will be credited at the full invoice
value.
